party with my sir!

so this weekend i made plans to go up to salt lake to play with my sister. not only be with my sister but my cousin was suppose to come home from his mission in Ireland. due to the volcano in Iceland, he can not come home. the skies are way to full of ash and tiny rocks that will get stuck in the engine of the plane and ruin it. i want him to be safe so he is staying there for now in the mission home. we will see when he will finally make it home. i hope it is soon =] anyway up here in slc, i am suppose to be looking for a dress for Sr. Ball. i am royalty and will find out on Wednesday who is king and queen, ill let you know if i become queen. ha but since it is going to be pretty much my last dance and i am on royalty i am kinda forced by the mother to go. i am not to angry bout it but it is quite difficult to find a dress. i have been dress shopping at LOTS of different stores and haven't found any dresses that are me and isn't less than 150$. i am okay with finding someone who has a dress that will lend one to me. i just have to find one before Wednesday for the assembly. o and i haven't been asked to the dance yet ha it is in one week and i am still dateless. but that is okay. have no fear! my younger but bigger brother Chipper said that he will take me. i think that will be fun so i am okay with not getting asked. =] so back to slc... me and Dani have done much! flying here was a train wreck. i was very scared but managed to get back to land safely and in one piece. we went and ate at a cute restaurant and i ate a bit to much =] whoo! after some shopping we went and hung out with Dani's friends Andrew and Dan. we went over to some girls house and 2 other guys showed up and we had fun swinging on swings (in her house...) played pool (which i suck at) and slid down the fireman pole. it was quite a blast. now today after shopping at the gateway, going to the U's bookstore and riding the trax, we will most likely be going to Dani's friends house, Tyler, and having a dance party. i get to show them all my moves =] YAYAY!

spring break

o my so spring break for me was march 6th to the 15th. and i was lucky enough to go on a 6 day cruise with my best friend and her parents. we went to cabo for two days and also to ensanada, Mexico! joy of my life! i made new friends. created new memories. spent money. and toured the world (well only two cities but still). ha we were lucky to know a few people on the boat. we had some friends there and so we hung with them plenty =] and we saw some people that go to college with us and met people we didnt even know existed ha we were probably the most known people on that ship other than our cruise director steve. (i am not a fan of him) me and my best friend kelci played around all over the boat, we went to every dance party, we started one of the dance parties on the "lido" deck, we were loud, we went to every night of karaoke (we are good singers, dancers, and back up singers from the side of the stage), and we also got hypnotized! amazing experience! hypnotizing is very sketchy in my mind until it really happened to me. i thought that it wouldnt work and it would be a fake and i would be taken off the stage but when i woke up for real, i didnt remember a single thing and things around me were different. ha i felt like i was up there for 5 to 10 min when truely it was almost an hour! we did all sorts of things. and after wards people were telling me for the rest of the trip that i was a really good dancer ha yikes! the hypnotist told us to go and shake his hand afterwards and we would remember, so we got 4 ppl that all went under together and shook his hand. wow was he right, things were slowly coming back to memory! we did so much different things.

• played the air guitar
• ballet dancers
• tango dancing
• imitated Elmo (we got tickled, shaked our booty, danced etc.)
• did the conga (had no idea what that was)
• got shot with pretend sleeping gun (it was his hand)
• had a magic thumb that could put people to sleep
• hands super glued together (harder you pulled apart, harder it was to separate) made me very mad because i couldnt separate them...
• watched a sad movie (yes i had tears, make up stains to prove it)
• funny movie (tummy hurt so bad i couldnt breathe)
• scary movie (voice hurt afterwards cuz i screamed so much from being scared)
• super cold! (i had goosebumps, shivering and violently shaking. he sprayed us with a water bottle i guess, everyone said that but it honestly felt like pelting hail)
• nasty nasty nasty smell. used our and neighbors shoe as a gas mask. yuck! (i swear that smell was coming from andy the kid that was sitting by me from California! one of my best friends now! ha anyway i thought he was the source of the nasty smell but then we were told it was us making it. uh oh! i was so embarrassed.)
• belly dancing! geez what was he thinking making me dance like that??

at karaoke, my group was known as the "Utahns" and if it was just the girls, usually it was but we were the "utah girls". it was very fun and a blast =] i wanna go back so bad. wanna come? =]

April fools

april fools is the best. i have got some people to believe me on different occasions. wouldnt you think some people would learn by now that some things you just dont believe on april 1st. some jokes on april fools is messed up i think. like today some "smart" person put april fools with window paint on the driver side window then put toothpaste underneath the handles, make me so mad! who do those fools think they are?? geez! i got some good pranks tho. with my injury i told this one kid i had a rare disease called "sirenomelia" which is where your legs are stuck together and you have like mermaid legs. ha that was funny. i told this one guy i was 2 months pregnant and he offered to be the father. it was bad so i ended that one quick. he told me he was serious! too bad he isnt my type haha i pulled some other ones and helped my friend pull one as well it was priceless. she is like the prank master on april fools day. its her favorite holiday and i got her. she is sketchy bout it but i played it off cool. she was at practice so i havent said april fools yet. but the night aint over =] hope you didnt get tricked to bad heehee

life without swim

my life is still BUSY if not almost busier. i feel like i have even more to do now then i did while swim was going on. that may be the case because now we are in the 4Th quarter of high school. so weird. i am graduating very soon! i dunno how i feel bout it. i don't want to get older but then again i do. i get to move on in my life and as some say "start a new chapter" or on this i say "write a new blog" ha ha =] but i get to finally prove to people the real me. high school seems to make you be a certain way because you have to get things done on time. you get in trouble for almost everything. your babysat and have to behave. the real you comes out when your on your own and free to do what you want. i know that my parents have taught me very well and they should have faith that i will be okay! just like my sister, she went away and found herself even more and is doing things on her own that are now more important to her such as going to church or school. no one is making her, she is choosing to and her knowledge of things around her are becoming into better perspective! i tried on my cap and gown today cuz we finally received them and it was the weirdest feeling. its my time to move on... FINALLY ha =]

state

well state wasn't my favorite event of my life! lets just say i don't have the fondest of memories of it! what a great way to end my last year of swimming =/ i did end up medalling in all of my events. i swam the 100 fly and dropped like barely any time but still did alright. i went in third and came out third ha =] i beat the girl from my team who was placed ahead of me, which was sad for her but happy for me ha... in the two relays we placed third. one we dropped time and placed better than we started out but the other one we started out first and came out third. it was very depressing! and then my 500 free ......... this race was not pleasant at all. i don't want any sympathy but lets just say that pain took over and killed me. i added 5 seconds :( i couldn't handle the pain. i was in complete confusion. i was on some pain medicine that made me feel so good with barely any pain and then i hurt that bad? did not make any sense to me. but o well. swim is over. time to relax and see how the pain i have fizzle away or intensify!
